Role summary:The (USA) Manager, Operations applies advanced analytics to drive business strategy for loyalty and rewards programs, leveraging performance measurement to shape program design, tier strategy, and value optimization. Drawing on loyalty program operations experience, the manager leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans, managing resources with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. The manager provides data-driven insights to support decision-making, ensures compliance with company standards, and fosters continuous improvement. Partnering across Product, Analytics, and Marketing, this role delivers measurable results that drive engagement, retention, and Walmart's commitment to operational excellence.
About the team:
The Rewards & My Metrics team leads the strategy and execution of the Spark Driver Rewards program and driver tier metrics within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery organization. This team connects drivers with key performance standards to enhance customer experience and delivery quality. Collaborating across Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics, and other departments, the team ensures accurate and transparent delivery of rewards and metrics. Their efforts directly impact critical business outcomes by driving driver retention and improving service standards, supporting Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction through strategic and data-driven initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives effectively.
- Analyze data to identify root causes, develop solutions, and provide actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Lead analytics and insights to define the strategic direction of rewards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes that enhance business efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee resource allocation, monitor project progress, and take corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of results.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support operational goals and drive execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience managing operational projects with strong skills in planning, organizing, and executing initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce costs.
- Expertise in collaborating cross-functionally to influence stakeholders and drive strategy execution aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong proficiency in project and workflow management, including resource allocation and timeline coordination.
- Demonstrated accountability and adaptability in managing multiple priorities within dynamic environments.
- Effective communication skills to convey project status, insights, and recommendations to several audiences.
- Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and process improvement methodologies to enhance operational outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
