As an HRIS Team Member, you will be a pivotal part of our Global HR Technology team, responsible for the stewardship and evolution of our most critical people systems. In this role, you will own the configuration, support, and optimization of our HR systems landscape, which includes Workday, legacy PeopleSoft applications, and custom solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, analytical, and collaborative professional to solve complex problems, drive process transformation, and make a significant impact on our HR service delivery in a dynamic and evolving environment. Your responsibilities will span the full lifecycle of system support, from strategic enhancement to daily operations, ensuring our technology effectively meets the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
Leading Strategic Projects. Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact HR systems projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to implementation, testing, and post-production support for platforms like Workday and PeopleSoft.
Driving Executive Engagement. Developing and delivering compelling presentations and project status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders, clearly articulating project goals, progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Orchestrating Cross-Workstream Collaboration. Serving as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and other business units to ensure seamless project execution, resource alignment, and achievement of broader company objectives.
Innovating and Solving Complex Problems. Architect creative and scalable solutions for complex HR technology challenges, translating ambiguous business requirements into actionable project plans and technical specifications.
Managing Program & Portfolio. Overseeing the HR technology project pipeline using tools like JIRA and Smartsheet, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and ensuring clear communication and timely delivery on all commitments.
Championing Best Practices. Leading project management for annual compensation cycles and the implementation of new or updated system modules (e.g., Absence Management), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and minimal disruption to business continuity.
Developing and Mentoring. Creating and maintaining clear technical and process documentation, and develop training guides to empower end-users and ensure successful adoption of new system functionalities.
What We’re Looking For
Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience interfacing with and presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Experience writing reports or queries for data analysis and validation.
Four or more years of experience with Project Management role, preferably within a Technology, HRIS or HR-focused environment.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects from inception to completion, showcasing strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of designing and implementing innovative solutions to ambiguous challenges.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Even Better If You Have One or More of the Following:
An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Project Management).
Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, leading scrum calls, and using JIRA for ticket and project management.
Experience supporting a global user base across multiple countries and complex regulatory environments.
Expert-level skills utilizing Smartsheet or other project management or resource management tool.
Expert-level skills in Smartsheet around project planning or resource management, and workflow automation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis, reconciliation, and modeling.
Experience supporting custom-built applications and system integrations.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.The salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $86,500.00 - $150,000.00.
