As an HRIS Team Member, you will be a pivotal part of our Global HR Technology team, responsible for the stewardship and evolution of our most critical people systems. In this role, you will own the configuration, support, and optimization of our HR systems landscape, which includes Workday, legacy PeopleSoft applications, and custom solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, analytical, and collaborative professional to solve complex problems, drive process transformation, and make a significant impact on our HR service delivery in a dynamic and evolving environment. Your responsibilities will span the full lifecycle of system support, from strategic enhancement to daily operations, ensuring our technology effectively meets the needs of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Workday, including compensation plans, grade profiles, eligibility rules, and bonus/merit/LTI processes.

  • Configuring and supporting Absence Management, including leave plans, accruals, eligibility, and coordination with time tracking systems.

  • Leading and providing project management support for annual compensation cycles and the implementation of new or updated absence plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Performing comprehensive system testing for all changes, managing production release cycles, and participating in the evaluation and implementation of bi-annual Workday updates.

  • Providing essential support for yearly cycles within our legacy PeopleSoft Compensation applications to ensure business continuity.

  • Acting as the key liaison between HR, IT, and other stakeholders to support, troubleshoot, and enhance our custom PeopleSoft Absence applications and other non-standard leave systems.

  • Collaborating with HR functional owners to gather and document business requirements, analyze complex processes, and translate them into effective technical specifications and system solutions.

  • Managing your project pipeline and prioritizing incoming work using tools like JIRA and Smartsheet, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery on commitments.

  • Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation for system configurations, business processes, and end-user training guides.

This role may, on occasion, include some nights and weekend shifts.

  • Four or more years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar HR Technology role.

  • Two or more years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday Compensation.

  • Experience with Workday tools (including creating complex Calculated Fields, custom reports using Report Writer, and managing complex Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)).

  • Experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to testing, deployment, and post-production support.

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
