We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join our Global Total Rewards team. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will support with developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards programs in India that align with our global Total Rewards strategy and reflect local market practices to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

The successful candidate will work with the business and key stakeholders to help determine Total Rewards challenges and opportunities across UKG India. Managing a team of Total Rewards professionals, you will lead on Total Rewards management and operations for India, including activities such local stakeholder and vendor partnering, benchmarking, annual compensation planning, budgeting, salary structures, and benefits administration. In addition, you will support international Total Rewards projects and initiatives as needed.


As a Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you will:
• Ensure the delivery of all India Total Rewards administrative and operational processes are in-line with policy and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance and market alignment of India Total Rewards policies and practices.
• Provide updates on the latest commercial and/or technical developments in industry and reward profession, presenting potential impacts.
• Execute cyclical Total Rewards programs, providing direction and guidance on multiple Total Rewards matters.
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders and local HR teams in all Total Rewards matters.
• Support India efforts to address pay equity initiatives, including communications and educational programs, ensuring that Total Rewards programs are fair and equitable for all employees regardless of their location.
• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, including compensation and benefits providers and brokers, to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications/Experience
• University level qualification or equivalent within Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years professional experience in a similar role within a Total Rewards function, supporting India across both compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience working with market salary surveys and compensation benchmarking systems/tools.
• Extensive knowledge of India employment laws and compliance, particularly as it relates to Total Rewards matters.
• Ideally have experience working in a global, matrixed, multi-territory environment.
• Advanced Excel user skills with Strong financial acumen.
• Project Management Experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative and customer focused mindset, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
