To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

As a Sales Compensation Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of UiPath's sales incentive programs. You will lead annual plan design and rollout, oversee monthly commission processing and payout accuracy, manage Xactly system administration and configuration roadmaps, and partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations leadership to ensure compensation plans drive the right selling behaviors. Deep, hands-on experience with Xactly Incent is required.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader with strong execution skills who can translate business objectives into clear, motivating, and cost-effective incentive plans.

Additionally, you will partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and the Sales Business Intelligence & Reporting team on quota setting, territory and portfolio management, and commission expense forecasting.

Please note:

  1. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business needs.

  2. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
