What We'll Bring:
In this role you will be the lead Advance Compensation Analyst on the team. You will partner with the HR Compensation Team and provide support and guidance with the Workday compensation module. You will have the opportunity to consult with the team on Workday best practices to enhance the current process. You will be responsible to guide the support team on any tickets raised, mention existing configuration consultants on the team.What You'll Bring:
Job Description
• 3-5 years' Workday Advanced Compensation Knowledge
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in running multiply annual compensation cycles from end to end
• Experience implementing Advanced Compensation module
• Collaborate with appropriate resources to finalize requirements and configure solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into configuration requirements
• Capability to Identify issues proactively by participating in meetings and working with stakeholders and technical resources to determine resolution as needed
• Advanced Workday reporting knowledge
• Advanced Knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields
• BIRT Knowledge
• Experience managing Workday Releases
• Ability to pivot in a fast-paced global environment under time pressure
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Expertise in Workday Security & Recruiting a plus

Impact You'll Make:
Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of running multiple advanced compensation cycles and/or implemented advance compensation for multiples customers.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job Title
