The Sales Operations Analyst, Incentive Compensation will play a vital role in supporting the design, administration, and analysis of sales compensation programs. This position involves working closely with sales leadership, finance, customer service, and human resources to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive compensation, as well as providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, and influence quarterly compensation planning cycle.
  • Assist in the administration and execution of sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely payout calculations.
  • Deliver compensation statements to each incentive-eligible employee.
  • Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing timely responses while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights into sales performance and compensation metrics.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of incentive compensation policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational systems and processes.
  • Understand and develop compensation modeling for monthly and quarterly incentive compensation plans to ensure accurate accruals and payments. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar quantitative degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Operations for field sales teams.
  • Prior experience in supporting field sales teams with a passion for seeing the bigger picture and problem solving.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; VBA/SQL/Python skills are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Thrive in a demanding, change-oriented, fast paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
