Join our dynamic People and Organisation (P&O) department, specialising in Total Reward for the EMEA region! We're on the lookout for a motivated individual to fill an exciting role that will make a real impact from day one.
Your role:
• Provide analytical and administrative support across various Total Rewards areas, including Benefits, Incentives, Job Architecture, Merit Planning, and Market Intelligence
• Engage actively in internal communication channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage)
• Work with corporate HR systems and tools
• Prepare presentations, reports, and ad-hoc documents
• Participate in international Total Reward meetings and contribute to EMEA-wide projects

What do I need to apply
• Microsoft 365 proficiency – basic functions in PowerPoint and Excel
• A digital mindset – openness to learning and using new systems and technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills – enjoy collaborating in an international setting
• English proficiency at level B2 / C1 condition – ability to communicate in English employees and understand global materials in English
