Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist
As a Partner of Choice, our SIEMENS Global Business Services (GBS) organization supports businesses worldwide in achieving excellence across key internal processes including Finance, Human Resources, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
We are currently looking for a Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team and support the continuous evolution of our global Workday environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, helping ensure system stability, continuous improvement of HR processes, and the successful implementation of new functionalities.
Your mission
• Monitor Workday product updates and continuously enhance the Compensation & Benefits landscape
• Identify and resolve system issues related to Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits
• Drive continuous improvements in HR business processes within Workday
• Perform operational activities supporting Compensation and Benefits configurations
• Implement change requests based on solution designs, including testing and deployment
• Lead or support proof-of-concepts (POCs) to explore new Workday functionalities
• Support Workday releases and system updates
• Maintain documentation aligned with compliance and governance frameworks
What we are looking for
• 3+ years of Workday experience across different modules
• Hands-on experience with Workday Core Compensation
• Experience with Advanced Compensation (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of Workday Benefits is a plus
• Experience configuring and maintaining Compensation-related business processes in Workday
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and resolve system issues
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, or related field
• Professional English (required)
