As a Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you'll be a key player in empowering our people by leveraging the power of Workday across more than 58 countries with even more to come. Your mission will be:
- Be close to Workday Product Updates and dive deep into Workday Compensation & Benefits at Siemens, identifying and resolving system issues to ensure optimal performance;
- Drive continuous improvements for our Business Processes and elevating our capabilities;
- Perform important operational tasks connected to Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation & Benefits;
- Implement change requests based on solution designs, including IT testing and deployment;
- Define, manage, and execute proof-of-concepts to explore new Workday functionalities;
- Document your activities in line with our compliance framework
- Support Workday Releases
We are looking for someone with:
- Academic degree related to Information Technology, Business, Economics or other relevant fields;
- 3+ years of general Workday experience across different areas or modules;
- 2+ years of specialized technical experience and knowledge in Workday Core Compensation and ideally Advanced Compensation, knowledge in Workday Benefits is considered a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to frequent change;
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving value-add solutions;
- Good Technical knowledge in configuring, maintaining and optimizing Workday configurations specifically in the area of Core Compensation, Adv. Compensation and Benefits;
- Experience in analyzing system issues and executing necessary solutions by ensuring system compliance;
- Analytical skills to identify root causes based on system data, as well as expertise in managing HR master data;
- Proficiency in Business English (required), and German (a plus).
