IT SCRUM Master for HR Total Rewards

The IT SCRUM Master is part of the Center of Excellence for HR at Siemens Healthineers IT. The CoE’s prime goal is to support the global HR organization and Customer Service Education Organization with their IT related demands by providing IT solutions and managing & continuously improving global IT services.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- You act as HR/IT SCRUM Master for our IT HR Product teams in the domain of Total Rewards (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Pension, Global Mobility)

- You will support product owners to align business demands with our IT strategy

- You will proactively steer all agile activities and it is your responsibility to plan, manage and deliver releases

- You will ensure proper implementation following our IT service management- and IT compliance framework while focusing on continuous improvements

- You think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processes and identify cross-topic dependencies

- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities

Your qualifications and experience:

- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration

- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience driving agile developments and are experienced with IT Solutions to manage agile processes (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)

- You bring a broad knowledge of HR IT solutions and have a good understanding of Total Rewards processes at a global scale

- You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects or teams

- You have first experience in managing external IT service providers

- You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry

Your attributes and skills:

- You have a personal affinity for the digital world and modern cloud-based technology incl. the latest AI developments

- You strive to translate new business and operational challenges into value-adding technology solutions

- You are a well-structured and detail-oriented worker with a strong ability to think analytically and you don't compromise on quality, even under pressure

- You have particularly strong teamworking skills, are proactive and like taking the lead on topics incl. seeing things through to the end

- You have a knack for stakeholder management and a high level of service orientation and you are known for your excellent communication skills

- You already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation and communicate reliable across cultures and organizational levels

- Your English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written; your command of the German language is a plus
