We are looking for an HR Generalist with proven experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and a strong focus on digitalization processes. This role will be key in reviewing, updating, and documenting HR processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies, and supporting the transition to digital platforms such as Workday and Estrada.


Contract Type:

1-year fixed-term contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute HR process digitalization initiatives.

  • Review and update processes related to Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

  • Document changes, agreements, and updates in HR processes.

  • Ensure all implemented changes comply with internal policies.

  • Perform reconciliations of reports (e.g., pay groups, organizational codes).

  • Analyze the impact of process and policy changes.

  • Generate and analyze comparative HR reports.

  • Monitor progress and provide updates on system migration projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits.

  • Functional knowledge of HR and/or payroll systems.

  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required.

  • Experience working with HCM platforms, ideally Workday.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
