Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position can be performed in full-time (35h/week) or in part-time (minimum 25h/week).
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You proactively take over topics related to remuneration structures, pay equity and transparency, particularly by conducting analyses, preparing data and creating presentations and reports.
- You will ensure the preparation and implementation of remuneration structures and pay equity analyses, evaluate data together with the team and help identify potential inequalities.
- You will coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive or relevant ESRS reporting obligations.
- You will ensure the use of analysis and simulation tools to evaluate remuneration structures and assist in interpreting the results.
- You will closely collaborate with the global and regional Total Rewards teams, particularly in coordinating actions, maintaining documentation, and the implementing local requirements.
- You will organize and conduct workshops and training sessions on equal pay and pay transparency.
- You will prepare detailed equal pay reports, present recommendations to decision makers and conduct regular audits of compensation practices and communication materials.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a master’s degree in business administration, economics, law or a related field.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of compensation analysis, HR controlling, total rewards, or a similarly analytical environment.
- We also welcome applicants with a bachelor’s degree in combination with many years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
- You have excellent Excel skills and ideally have some experience with other data analysis tools such as Power BI or comparable applications.
- Basic project management knowledge is a prerequisite

- You communicate clearly and appropriately - also in an international environment, both in German and English.
- Experience of working with international teams or in a global working environment is a plus.
- You work in a structured, analytical and detail-oriented manner and enjoy working with data.
- You have a strong interest in topics related to remuneration, equality and transparency.
- You are a team player with a proactive, curious mindset and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different regions and areas of expertise.
- You are open to new topics, committed to continuous learning, and motivated to take on long-term responsibility in an exciting and socially relevant area.
