You’ll make an impact by:
- The processor will work with customers and follow-up through business reviews. To manage Target setting, Target achievement and payout workflows. To work on data auditing and reconciliation and also Bonus calculations. Will also have to work on mid-year target settings and changes. The processor will work on Siemens Incentive Payment Calculation Application (Internal tool). Will have to coordinate with country Compensation and Benefits team.
- Team of employees whose prime responsibility is to work on the input received from the respective country Compensation and Benefits team within the agreed SLA and quality.The team also has to check on the output before confirming back to Compensation and Benefits team.
- To work with customers and follow-up through business reviews.
- To manage Target setting, Target achievement and payout workflows.
- To work on data auditing and reconciliation and also Bonus calculation.
- To work on will have mid-year target settings and changes.
- Will coordinate with country Compensation and Benefits team.
- Carrying out the activities in SIPCA (internal Tool).
- Publish reports, letters through the Tool.
You’ll win us over by:
- MS Office (Advanced Excel and Word Skills) and SharePoint.
- Have strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with diverse/cross-functional teams, as well as elicit work output from peers and other team members.
- Have analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual problems.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Bonus Administration preferred.
