In this role, you will drive and deliver strategic Total Rewards initiatives in the Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg including as well ad hoc support on rest of EMEA countries. You will own projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with local legislation while delivering a seamless employee experience. Partnering closely with Benefits Design, Legal/Tax, HR, Finance, and external vendors, you will ensure Total Rewards programs are scalable, consistent, and operationally sound. This can include program social partners related tasks, implementation, communication, administration, execution of existing processes in Total Reward.

What you´ll build

Lead structured, high-impact Total Rewards projects, translating policy into practical, compliant, and scalable solutions. Example initiatives include Expense Allowance (NL) and Pension (NL).

Across these projects, you will:

  • Lead initiatives end-to-end (scope, plan, execute, test, and evaluate outcomes)
  • Translate complex regulations and policies into clear, practical processes and SOPs
  • Supports operational work to implement Total Reward programs and plans, manage (local) projects, and ensures plans and programs are legally compliant, market competitive and cost effective in alignment with rest of TR Organization
  • Ensure consistency, governance, and audit-ready documentation
  • Designs and manages Benefits programs including the relationship with the vendors in alignment with Global Benefits team
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and manage risks and dependencies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and simplification of Total Rewards programs and ways of working

What you bring

  • Bachelor or Masters in Business Administration / HR or comparable field
  • Experience in HR, Total Rewards, or a related business field
  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles and their practical application
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch benefits legislation and market practices
  • A project-driven mindset with the ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver outcomes end-to-end
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking; able to translate regulations into actionable processes
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills; comfortable working with Legal, Tax, Finance, HR, and providers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English
  • Customer focus and Trust building
