The Total Rewards Intelligence & Operations team focuses on delivering insight to impact. With a DNA of operational excellence, we are bringing our Total Rewards strategy to life through real-time intelligence and flawless operations leveraging automation and innovation.

What you'll do

We are seeking a Total Rewards leader who integrates insight with execution to drive impact, champions operational excellence, and empowers strategic partnerships to join our transformation journey and lead the global Compensation Operations team.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Lead the centralization of compensation operations activities across various Total Rewards teams, strategically consolidating tasks and processes into well-defined Bodies of Work. This also involves assembling and developing a team of skilled resources to effectively manage all compensation operations activities under the new organizational structure.
    • Collaborate closely with the Total Rewards leadership to align compensation operations with broader organizational strategies.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and data reliability.
    • Leverage data analysis to inform decision-making, strategy development, and the ongoing enhancement of operations.
    • Develop and implement best practices for process documentation, including topic specific handbooks
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
    • Curate knowledge hubs and conduct sessions to share best practices
  • Compensation Program Management:
    • Oversee the administration and operation of both regular and ad-hoc compensation programs, including the Annual Compensation Review, annual salary structure evaluations, job offer consultations, off-cycle compensation adjustments and one-time bonus payments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Lead system-testing and validation efforts with HR Tech, Finance, and other departments.
    • Ensure cohesive implementation of compensation initiatives and act as the main operational contact.
    • Establish expertise through data integrity enhancements and standardized reports.
    • Influence broader HR functions with best-in-class process improvements.
  • Data-driven Continuous Improvement:
    • Leverage data analysis to inform decision-making, strategy development, and the ongoing enhancement of operations.
    • Develop best practices and standard operating procedures for compensation operations.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
    • Curate knowledge hubs and conduct sessions to share best practices, establishing yourself as an internal thought leader.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, capable of dissecting complex problems and presenting actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence and project management, with a strong attention to detail, a customer-centric approach, and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Solid knowledge of compensation practices, policies, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a matrixed, international setting.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet critical delivery deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
