As a Total Rewards Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and executing SAP’s Total Rewards strategy in EMEA countries, including Bulgaria. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, leadership teams, and global Total Rewards colleagues to ensure our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with SAP’s business strategy
Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor for Total Rewards topics in Bulgariafor EMEA countries, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and well-being.

Support the design, implementation, and communication of Total Rewards programs tailored to local market needs.

Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure SAP remains competitive and attractive to top talent.

Partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning, retention, and engagement strategies.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal governance standards.

Contribute to global Total Rewards initiatives and projects, bringing local insights and innovation.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Business Partnering.

Strong analytical skills and experience with market benchmarking tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English; Bulgarian language skills are a plus.

Experience in a multinational or tech environment is preferred.
