What you´ll build

Join our dynamic Total Rewards EMEA Team as a Working Student and make a direct impact on enhancing the employee experience in HR. Dive into the multifaceted world of Total Rewards, where you'll collaborate closely with our experts to provide valuable support across a range of benefits and compensation-related tasks for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiation team support: Help our specialists to prepare and conduct social partner negotiations for various compensation topics to reach work council agreements
  • Operational Support: Assist the EMEA team in administrative tasks such as office support, translations, information gathering, project management support or service delivery
  • Data Insights & Reporting: Help to generate insightful reports and analytics for monitoring, problem solving or decision making related to Total Rewards
  • Create Engaging Materials: Help to develop presentations and other materials that effectively communicate Total Rewards concepts to stakeholders

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or other human science studies with interest in Human Resources topics
  • Computer skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, AI prompts
  • Language skills: Fluent in German & English
  • Soft skills: Natural team player with a strong customer-focus and a positive and constructive attitude. Curious, open minded, quick learner
  • Reliable and capable to handle confidential data

Where you belong


The Total Rewards EMEA Relationship Manager team is part of a global organization.
We design, manage and execute remuneration services and solutions that support the attraction and retention of the right talent and embody SAP’s pay strategy. We support managers and HR colleagues to understand and consume these services. The team consists of 15 persons located in Germany and other countries in EMEA.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
