Sanofi is seeking a Workday Compensation & Allowances Business Analyst to join our dynamic Digital P&C / People Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our Workday platform to meet the evolving needs of our global and local R&P teams. This position offers the opportunity to lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions, ensuring they align with Sanofi’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value. The role also includes support, providing technical documentation and enhancements, for Workday core compensation and advanced compensation including (not limited to) grades, grade profiles, compensation plans, merit, promotion, bonus, one-time payment plans, and allowance plans.
Main responsibilities:
Design and configure Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions
Lead system optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and business outcomes
Collaborate with global and local R&P teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including UAT coordination
Create actionable reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
Serve as the go-to expert for compensation system functionality and best practices
Stay current with Workday roadmap and assess impact on existing configurations
About you:
2+ years in HRIS technology, compensation systems, or digital HR product management
Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Support Rewards & Performance translate business requirements into actionable technology developments
Basic understanding of Workday data and integrations
