Role Description: The Manager of Global Rewards Market Insights & Analytics is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive market insights strategy to enhance the company's global rewards programs. This role involves continuous evaluation of market trends, participation in global market surveys, and the analysis of compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. The Manager will ensure the accuracy and integrity of market data, conduct benchmarking studies, and collaborate with various departments to align market insights with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive market insights strategy for global rewards.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends and best practices to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Manage and participate in global market surveys to gather relevant compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of market data collected and maintain a robust database.
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to global rewards and the senior leadership.
  • Transform market insights into strategic recommendations to enhance the company's global rewards programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend enhancements that are consistent with compensation trends and company objectives.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to compare the company's compensation and benefits against industry standards.
  • Perform job matching and analysis to ensure the company's salary structure remains competitive.
  • Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and in-depth analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments in a global, cross-functional environment to align market insights with business objectives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on market insights and analytics.
  • Proven experience in managing global market surveys and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions. Expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling.
  • Strong conceptual skills, ability to understand complex scenarios and take abstract ideas and/or insights and translate them into creative solutions and actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems. Expert user in MS Excel/ Google Sheets and experience in Tableau Analytics and Workday preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence, lead, collaborate with and empower others at all levels. Strong project management, negotiation skills, and a growth mindset.
  • Strong domestic and international compensation experience
  • Industry savvy, up to date and energized by current and future industry compensation trends.
  • Demonstrated understanding of relevant laws and standard methodologies.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment of consistent rapid growth, including working with fast-paced tech driven companies.
