The Position
As the Executive Director Regional Lead Americas, People Rewards & Recognition (PR&R) Chapter you will shape and drive our rewards strategy across the region, ensuring our programs across Compensation, Benefits and Mobility effectively attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will be the primary bridge between our global strategy and regional execution, leading a diverse team to deliver high-impact People & Culture (P&C) solutions.
In addition to being a member of the PR&R Enabling Team, you will be part of the P&C US Governance Team
The Opportunity
Strategic Enterprise Leadership: Co-create global rewards and recognition strategies, driving regional execution while adapting to local market needs.
Trusted Advisor to the Business: Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, using data and cultural insight to anticipate needs, resolve complex challenges, and influence positive change.
Leadership Excellence: Build and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
Process and Digital Excellence: Drive consistency and standardization across the Americas, ensuring robust governance and operational efficiency, through the adoption of cutting-edge technology and the redesign of operational workflows.
Operational Accountability: Oversee capacity planning, budget management, and service delivery, ensuring we meet our commitments to both the business and our employees.
Who You Are
Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex, matrixed, and multicultural teams, with a track record of driving change and fostering a growth mindset.
Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to co-create global strategy and translate it into regional action, navigating complex business environments with ease.
Collaboration: Strong communication and influencing skills; experience managing diverse stakeholders and conflicting priorities.

Additional information
Location: this role is on-site and can be based in South San Francisco or Indianapolis.
Travel requirements: Ability to travel across approximately 4 times per year.
Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $261,170 to $485,030. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
