We are seeking a Total Rewards professional to support the ongoing evolution and operational excellence of our Total Rewards (TR) function. In this role, you will partner across HR, Workforce Insights (WFI), and automation teams to enhance TR processes, tools, and governance in alignment with CORE maturity objectives. You will play a key role in driving efficiency and consistency through process documentation, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts while supporting internal team engagement and connections.
What You Will Do
- Support TR automation and tool-improvement initiatives in partnership with HR automation and WFI teams.
- Maintain and enhance Total Rewards process documentation and governance to support CORE maturity.
- Develop and deliver TR communication and engagement materials, including newsletters, SharePoint content, and leader updates.
- Partner with TR leaders to coordinate strategic projects, including process design, requirements gathering, testing, and rollout.
- Own the end-to-end TR Databook, including data validation, formatting, stakeholder collaboration, and distribution.
- Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that provide clarity into TR operations and performance.
- Support project management activities including timelines, workplans, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
- Collaborate across HR, WFI, and Total Rewards to drive consistency, alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Apply structured problem solving to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and streamline existing processes.
- Champion the Collins HR vision by strengthening transparency, clarity, and operational excellence within the Total Rewards function.

- How to Foster Team Engagement & Connection: Design and facilitate engagement initiatives, communication rhythms, and collaborative experiences that support a connected, informed, and high-performing TR community.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards or visualization tools
- Experience supporting continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in Total Rewards, HR Operations, project management, or HR technology within a large, complex organization.
- Process-improvement skills with demonstrated experience in automation, workflow enhancement, or system optimization.
- Analytical, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong partnerships, and influence across stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing TR tools, HRIS data, or reporting systems.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
