Provider Compensation Analyst

Under the direction of the Manager, Physician Compensation, the Physician Compensation Analyst manipulates data, completes analyses, calculates physician performance relative to defined objectives and benchmarks, and calculates corresponding compensation and bonuses. The analyst produces performance reports and financial statements, and responds to physician inquiries from assigned medical groups.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred field: Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative discipline.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
- 3 years Work experience in accounting, finance, economics, or other analytical functions; 4 years preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- CPA upon hire.
- 3 years Work experience within the healthcare industry, preferably managed care or medical group practice management.
- Experience in physician compensation, billing, capitation, risk adjustment, CPT coding, and resource-based relative value scale (RBRVS).
