The Senior Compensation Consultant is instrumental in the development and ongoing administration, design, analysis and implementation of various Providence St. Joseph Health compensation programs, including pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios and incentive plans. Performs research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans. Ensures pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective. Conducts job analysis, market analysis, pay and classification reviews. Develops compensation recommendations and costing. Interprets regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation related items. Assists in the development of internal policies/standards for compensation related programs. Conducts data collection and analysis for special projects.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 years Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field.
- Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Healthcare experience.
- Union environment experience.
