Senior Provider Compensation Consultant

The Senior Provider Compensation Consultant is responsible for the development and analysis of provider compensation plans in support of assigned business unit(s). Functions as a thought leader with executive leadership teams, leading strategic compensation design and implementing new programs and best practices. Provides input on and implements policies, procedures and processes on a system-wide basis and provides consultative services, communication and training regarding new and existing compensation programs and issues. Functions in a lead capacity, providing support, training and mentorship to other team members. As a senior consultant, is responsible to manage and support multiple, often more complex, business/leadership teams. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area or equivalent education/experience.
- 5 years of experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated experience in some, if not all, of the following: provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management and/or project and change management
- Experienced with a variety of forecasting and modeling techniques.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in relevant field.
- Experience as a strategic partner/consultant.
