Overview

The Sr Executive Equity & Compensation Consultant leads the design and implementation of Paychex's equity compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. Supports the development and administration of the executive compensation program.


Responsibilities

  • Leads administration of equity programs, including stock options, restricted stock units, performance shares and other long-term incentives.
  • Conducts market research and analysis to assess competitiveness and design appropriate equity compensation structures.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to educate and communicate to company leaders on Paychex’s equity programs.
  • Supports development, implementation and administration of the executive compensation programs.
  • Assists with preparation of Compensation & Leadership materials.
  • Performs complex financial analysis on compensation programs to inform strategic decisions and long-term planning.
  • Partners with internal teams to ensures all compensation programs and policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field - Required
  • Master's Degree in Advanced degree in Business Administration or Human Resources - Preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Executive and/or equity compensation plan design, implementation, and administration.
  • CEP - Preferred
  • CCP - Preferred

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $88,563.87 - $139,171.80 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
