Sales Compensation Operations Analyst
Full-time
Nashville, TN, USA

Role Summary
The Sales Compensation Operations Analyst plays a key role in translating go-to-market and sales compensation strategy into accurate, scalable, and effective operational processes. This role partners across Sales, Sales Strategy, Finance, Product, Compensation, Systems, and other teams to solve complex business problems and ensure sales compensation operations support evolving business needs.
A key responsibility is managing product hierarchy and sales eligibility—the framework that determines which products sales representatives, are eligible to sell and receive compensation credit for. The analyst translates changes in products, sales roles, organizational structures, and go-to-market strategy into accurate operational rules and system updates.
This role requires a strong combination of operational discipline, analytical problem solving, cross-functional partnership, and a transformational mindset. The analyst is expected to continuously challenge existing processes and leverage automation, AI, analytics, and modern tools such as Codex to simplify work, strengthen controls, and improve the speed and scalability of Sales Compensation Operations.
