As a Total Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and managing key processes within the Global Total Rewards operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end project management of key processes such as salary revision, salary range creation, and survey submissions globally.
- Developing recommendations and implementing changes to Total Rewards processes to align with market benchmarks and business needs.
- Driving year-over-year process improvements to increase efficiency and support faster, better business decisions.
- Acting as a key account manager for regions to ensure smoother coordination on Total Rewards requests.
- Driving operational activities during the annual compensation review cycle, including data validation and coordination with Total Rewards partners.
- Building and maintaining compensation dashboards and reports to inform decision-making.
- Managing engagement with survey vendors, including survey subscriptions and renewals.
- Conducting benchmarking analyses to ensure benefit programs remain competitive in the market.
- Analysing data and synthesising meaningful recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Presenting insights clearly and persuasively to management and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborating with colleagues to incorporate primary data and strengthen analyses.
- Establishing ongoing relationships with regional heads and Total Rewards Partners.
- Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to Total Rewards.
- Executing daily responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy and recommending continuous improvements based on expertise and experience.
We are looking for a self-driven and motivated individual who can bring the following qualifications:
Need to have: -
- A master’s degree within business or HR.
- 5-8 years of experience, preferably in a mature Total Rewards Shared Service Centre.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects to completion. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder orientation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong work ethics and a sense of responsibility.
Nice to have: -
- Knowledge of Long-Term Incentives (LTI), Short-Term Incentives (STI), and benefits benchmarking.
- Vendor management skills.
- Experience in process optimization and standardisation.
Novo Nordisk GBS Total Rewards (TR) was established in May 2015 and is responsible for driving various activities, including annual and ad-hoc compensation and benefits surveys, salary reviews, and salary range creation for countries where we operate. We also manage Long-Term Incentives (LTI) administration, benefits benchmarking, and vendor management.
