About your new role
As an EVP Total Rewards Partner, you will:
- Be a trusted partner to your assigned EVP area by advising on organisational matters.
- Evaluate Job Levels for new and reclassified senior management positions for the monthly Enterprise Review.
- Support with data analysis related to salary benchmarking and prepare data foundations for annual salary increase negotiations with unions.
- Prepare materials and data analysis on Short-Term Incentives (STI), salary ranges, and other Total Rewards elements for Executive Management approval.
- Actively participate in key strategic projects to drive organisational success.
Your new department
You will be part of the Total Rewards HQ Partnering team within People, Organisation and Corporate Affairs. Based in Denmark, our team is dedicated to managing and enhancing Novo Nordisk’s human resources strategies, including compensation, benefits, and organisational development. We work closely with senior stakeholders across EVP areas, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Our fast-paced and dynamic environment offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organisation’s success.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following to the table:
- A relevant academic background
- Data savviness; able to boil down complex data to easy and understandable recommendations
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders at SVP/EVP level
- Min. 5-8 years of experience in Pharma or Total Rewards
