The Position
In this exciting, newly created role you will become part of a Global P&O team, with this role being anchored in our Warsaw Hub.
One of your focus areas will be acting as the global Recognition Program Manager - as a Super User of our Recognition platform, working with global insights and analytics, actively seeking and suggesting improvements to the existing guidelines and supporting Line of Business with suggestions for efficient campaigns.
Aside from it, you will be in a support function for the International Total Rewards Team and your tasks will comprise:
- Preparing an agenda for team meetings, e.g. updates – summary of actions.
- Driving community meetings by use of Teams/Miro boards etc.
- Creating PowerPoint slides, e.g. annual wheel, org chart.
- Support with simple data overviews in Excel.
- Support with budget process and follow up across the teams.
- Routine updates in our systems, e.g. SuccessFactors.
- Other ad hoc tasks to support the International Total Rewards team.
It is a hybrid role we expect office presence in Warsaw 3 times per week.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with a recognition tool or a customer loyalty programme.
- Around 2-3 years of progressive experience in HRM, finance or Total Rewards preferably.
- Experience in working in a global environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong in Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey and articulate ideas clearly and succinctly in English as a must have.
- Agility to learn new skills required for the role (example CoPilot tool).

You will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will join the International Total Rewards strategic project team which is part of the Global People & Organisation function called Total Rewards & Mobility Centre of Excellence (CoE).
