Job Summary

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs. Your focus will be on analyzing data, evaluating market trends, and ensuring that our total rewards package attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partnering with HR leaders to support timely and effective administration of compensation and benefit programs globally
  • Developing and maintaining total rewards policies and procedures
  • Conducting market research to benchmark compensation and benefits packages
  • Maintaining data integrity, validating accuracy and supporting audit requirements
  • Supporting annual compensation review planning and benefit open enrollment activities
  • Leveraging analytical skills and critical thinking to provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support business needs

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Analytical and project management skills with experience leveraging analytical tools to derive business insights.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple project and priorities simultaneously while delivering core responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or finance preferred.
  • Experience working in human resources or finance preferred.
