Compensation & Benefits Manager, LATAM

Netflix

Netflix

Accounting & Finance
São Paulo, SP, Brazil
Posted on Aug 16, 2025

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

The Opportunity:

We have a unique approach to compensation at Netflix. To help us attract and retain stunning colleagues, we pay employees at their personal top of market (PTOM). We don’t rely on traditional frameworks like salary grades or pay bands; PTOM is role and individual specific. This requires people managers and HR to combine the data they have available to them with judgment about the market. To do this effectively, we need a compensation team that can work without conventional compensation structures and enable HR and managers to determine PTOM with data, insights and resources. This requires a skill set that can balance both the art and science of compensation design.
