Position Summary and Key Areas of Responsibility:

The Senior Total Rewards Analyst is an integral part of expanding the Global Reward Team, reporting into the Senior Executive Director, Executive Compensation. The analyst will work closely with the equity administration team, global compensation team, and benefits team on projects and objectives. The position will support on research, reporting and analysis which includes salary surveys, equity administration, year-end planning, assistance with training and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update complex compensation models using Excel (including macros) to support the design and analysis of bonus, equity, and other compensation programs.

  • Conduct job evaluation, market pricing, and other compensation requests and ensure on time delivery to business and HR partners meeting high service levels

  • Participate in the annual global compensation salary survey process

  • Assist with Compensation Committee materials and Proxy related tables and disclosure

  • Conduct simulations and predictive analyses to forecast the impact of compensation strategies across various scenarios and demographics.

  • Collaborate with the HR team and business leaders to understand compensation needs, ensuring alignment with the global compensation framework.

  • Lead the data management and analysis for annual salary, bonus, and equity review processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across 35 countries and currencies.

  • Provide analytical support for compensation-related projects, including market analysis, equity adjustments, and pay equity audits.

  • Create and maintain documentation for all compensation models and analyses, ensuring a high level of accuracy and transparency.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, clearly communicating complex compensation concepts and strategies.

  • Stay informed of global compensation trends, currency fluctuations, tax implications, and regulatory requirements affecting compensation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Economics, HR, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation analysis, financial analysis, or a related field, with at least 1 year focused on multi-country compensation practices.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in macros, complex formulas, and data visualization tools, are mandatory.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
