In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To align the India organization’s total rewards programs and strategies with Emerson’s global total rewards philosophy.

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and distributing communication materials for HR and employees regarding compensation and benefits programs

  • Oversee annual compensation review cycles encompassing budgeting, salary structure updates, merit reviews, and promotion planning.

  • To implement competitive total rewards strategies that include compensation, benefits, retirement, engagement, and other incentive programs.

  • To identify compensation trends in the local marketplace and wider industry to ensure a competitive position.

  • To ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and support them on compensation-related planning and decisions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or other related courses.

  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

  • Solid background and exposure to compensation and benefits strategies and management, government regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience in salary survey methodologies and flexible benefit methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with mail merge is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience working in a global or multi-country HR environment.
