If you are a Compensation Analyst professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career: this role gives you the chance to shape competitive and equitable compensation programs for Emerson in the Philippines. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead the analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and variable pay programs.
  • Conduct compensation modeling and forecasting to support workforce planning and budget cycles.
  • Evaluate and recommend compensation adjustments based on market trends, internal equity, and global guidelines and organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate job evaluations aligned with Emerson’s global career framework.
  • Partner as compensation subject matter expert to HR Business Partners (HRBPs), talent acquisition, and business leaders.
  • Lead annual and off‑cycle salary review processes and guide leaders on compensation decisions.
  • Prepare clear, data‑driven dashboards and reports for HR and business leaders.
  • Deploy global compensation guidelines and communication materials to HR and managers, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Support continuous improvement by simplifying processes, optimizing tools, and leveraging data insights to enhance decision‑making.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards, ideally gained in a mid‑to‑large or complex organization.
  • Relevant experience in market benchmarking, modeling, and pay‑equity analysis.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge of job architecture, salary surveys, or global grading frameworks.
  • Background in compensation analytics, finance, or workforce planning.
