Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Asia Pacific Total Rewards team. This role offers hands-on experience mainly in compensation and benefits. You will support regional projects and daily operations that help shape competitive and compliant reward programs across countries in Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
•Assist in preparing, reviewing and distributing communication materials for HR and employees regarding compensation and benefits programs.
•Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary data for calculations and letters.
•Assist the Total Rewards team with projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
•Currently pursuing a degree (Master’s degree is a plus) in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related field.
•Available to intern for at least 3 days a week and for 3-6 months (2 months minimum).
•Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with mail merge is a plus.
•Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
