HR Intern -Total Rewards

- Assist in preparing, reviewing and distributing communication materials for HR and employees regarding compensation and benefits programs.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary data for calculations and letters.
- Assist the Total Rewards team with projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

- Available to intern for at least 3 days a week and for 3-6 months.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with mail merge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Currently pursuing a degree (Master’s degree is a plus) in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related field.

You will support regional projects and daily operations that help shape competitive and compliant reward programs across countries in Asia Pacific region.
