In this role, you'll be an essential part of the Total Rewards Operation team, ensuring smooth operations and strong employee experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing ServiceNow cases related to compensation and benefits, focusing on timely assignment and escalation. You'll also ensure that systems access and data in HR platforms like Workday, Benify, and PeopleFluent are accurate, secure, and compliant. Your dedication to meticulous audits and effective security management will be vital to maintaining our operational integrity and supporting team success across these systems and Total Rewards processes. This will be a hybrid model role in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Payroll.
  • Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Highschool degree
  • Two years of experience in human resources administration, particularly in Global Rewards or HR support
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven ability to handle complex assignments with a high degree of initiative
  • Strong collaborative skills to effectively work across various HR functions
  • Proficiency in systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, and the Microsoft Office suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel
