core responsibilities
  • Support our employees in APAC with Benefits and Mobility requests by providing thoughtful and informed responses to tickets in ServiceNow; or triage the ticket as needed
  • Support with Health Insurance enrolments in APAC for new employees
  • Create and maitain training and informational materials that will enhance employee experience
  • Review, audit and submit payments for vendor invoicing
  • Support with tasks across the Health, Wealth & Mobility team as required
qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Experience in HR administration is an asset
  • Excellent attention to details, verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a cross-functional environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional Asian languages will be of advantage

work arrangement
In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
