A day in the life:

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits program aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. This also includes operational compensation responsibilities, such as creating salary structures, completing retail bonus calculations, job evaluation and supporting lululemon’s annual performance management and compensation cycles.
  • Market analysis and benchmarking: Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure that the organization’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and in line with industry standards. Prepare salary and benefit survey submissions. Provider ecommendations that address business needs based on market insights and industry trends.
  • Benefits administration: implement, administer and communicate employee benefit programs, including health insurance plans, time off and leave, retirement plans etc. Ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices. Manage vendor relationships.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, payroll and other relevant stakeholders to provide guidance and support in addressing compensation and benefits related matters. Act as subject matter expert in advising and consulting with business leaders and managers. Serve as the first level contact for compensation and benefit programs, processes and policies.
  • Audits data in our HRIS system (Workday), incentive compensation management system; and benefit carriers systems to investigate and resolve issues as needed
  • Opportunities to support and lead broad compensation and benefits projects that come up throughout the organization

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in human resources or related fields
  • 6- 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, design and administration specific Australia and New Zealand, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Knowledge of labour statutory requirements across the region. Experience in Enterprise Agreements is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to excel in a cross-functional and remote team environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional Asian languages would be of advantage.
