As part of the Compensation team and reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, this role supports in the integration and maintenance of reward programs into the HRIS and other reporting tools. In addition, assists in administering reward programs that are market competitive, supportive of our global growth, and reflect our pay-for-performance and entrepreneurial culture.
core responsibilities
- Main point of contact for compensation queries from employees via internal systems such as ServiceNow – act as the gate to triage requests that come through and redirect to other teams as needed
- Support the broader compensation team as they support the global business
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Prepare salary survey submissions; gather, validate and organize information related to pay recommendations
- General ad-hoc team support e.g., administrative support for our annual performance management and compensation cycle, monthly SSC bonus accrual reporting, monthly audits
- May assist in the calculation and review of other monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses to ensure timeliness and accuracy
- Support in projects or initiatives as needed
qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, HR)
- Compensation, finance and/or human resources experience considered an asset
- Experience with Workday, Microsoft Excel and other Office software
- Exposure to HRIS (Workday ideal) back-end.
- Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact, discretion & confidentiality.

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
