Job Overview
The Compensation team is part of our People & Places (P&P) organization, specifically within the People Experience Team. We are transforming the employee experience by building AI-assisted digital experiences and elevating human partnership to support the "moments that matter". Responsibilities
As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will be a strategic advisor, blending deep domain expertise with a data-driven approach to accelerate Intuit's strategy.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross functional partners to prioritize work and increase impact through innovative compensation solutions.
Data-Driven Insights: Synthesize and analyze complex data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights that accelerate executive decision-making and outcomes.
Programs Leadership: Support end-to-end plans for annual compensation cycles (merit, promotion, and equity) and recognition programs (spotlight).
Domain Expertise: Use deep knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and external benchmarking to challenge the status quo and improve how work gets done across Intuit.
Change Leadership: Clearly communicate the "case for change", energizing cross-functional teams to execute necessary transformations that deliver for our people.
Operational Excellence: Manage compensation software solutions and while ensure data integrity in HR systems like Workday.
Customer Obsession: Proactively seek to understand the needs of our people, designing changes that improve how we deliver customer benefits and maximize the potential of our employees.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
Domain Mastery: Advanced knowledge of global compensation practices, including base pay, incentives, and equity programs.
Analytical Rigor: Expert-level proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; experience using AI tools for advanced analysis is a plus.
Influencing Skills: Proven ability to build strong partnerships with senior leadership and influence outcomes through data and empathy.
Change Management: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through complex organizational changes and program implementations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Mindset: A "Day 1" mindset—constantly curious, eager to learn from external inspiration, and committed to building durable, scalable solutions.
