In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Benefits and Compensation, you play a crucial role in implementing and supporting the Workday Benefits and Compensation modules for clients. Your expertise in consulting, business knowledge, and packaged solution implementation helps achieve client-expected business results through effective implementation of the Benefits and Compensation modules' functionality. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implement Planning and Analysis: Utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to plan and analyze the implementation of Workday Benefits and Compensation modules for clients, ensuring alignment with their business environment.
- Configure System Functionality: Configure the system according to the client's business requirements, resulting in effective implementation of the Benefits and Compensation modules' functionality.
- Resolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules, leveraging proficiency in packaged solution implementation and business knowledge.
- Perform Unit Testing and Rollout: Conduct unit testing and rollout activities to ensure successful implementation of the Workday Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Gather Requirements: Gather client requirements to inform implementation planning and ensure alignment with their business objectives.
- Exposure to Workday Benefits and Compensation: Familiarity with the implementation and support of Workday Benefits and Compensation modules, including configuration, unit testing, and rollout.
- Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience working with packaged solutions, utilizing consulting skills and business knowledge to achieve client-expected business results.
- HR Module Configuration: Exposure to configuring system functionality according to client business requirements, ensuring effective implementation of Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Issue Resolution: Experience resolving configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules, leveraging proficiency in packaged solution implementation and business knowledge.
- Implementation Planning: Exposure to implementation planning, fit analysis, and gathering requirements to inform implementation planning and ensure alignment with client business objectives.
- Packaged Solution Knowledge: Exposure to implementing and supporting packaged solutions, utilizing consulting skills and business knowledge to achieve client-expected business results. Familiarity with configuration, unit testing, and rollout activities is beneficial.
- HR Module Expertise: Experience working with HR modules, including Benefits and Compensation, is advantageous. Knowledge of module configuration and issue resolution is valuable in this role.
- Consulting Skills: Exposure to consulting skills, including implementation planning, fit analysis, and gathering requirements, is desirable. Ability to leverage these skills to inform implementation planning and ensure alignment with client business objectives is beneficial.
