In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday HCM and Compensation, you will implement and support the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients. You will apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet the client's business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Configure System Solutions: Plan, conduct fit analysis, gather requirements, and configure the Workday system to meet client business needs, ensuring successful implementation and support. • Resolve Functional Issues: Identify and resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules to ensure seamless system operation. • Deliver Unit Testing: Perform unit testing to validate system configuration and identify potential issues before rollout to clients. • Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to clients after implementation, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring continued system functionality. • Conduct Rollout Activities: Assist with rollout activities to ensure successful deployment of the Workday system to clients.
• Exposure to Workday HCM: Familiarity with Workday core HCM module, including configuration, implementation, and support. • Core Compensation Knowledge: Understanding of core compensation concepts and practices, with experience working with compensation modules. • Consulting Skills: Exposure to consulting principles and methodologies, with ability to apply them in a client-facing setting. • System Configuration: Experience working with system configuration, including planning, fit analysis, and requirements gathering. • Issue Resolution: Familiarity with identifying and resolving configuration and functional issues in a software implementation setting.
