- Lead Oracle CX Incentive Compensation implementations across business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Design and configure compensation plans, rules, and formulas within Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC).
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage end-to-end compensation cycle including plan setup, crediting, calculation, reporting, and payout.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor compensation effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and system performance through rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
- 5+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation or similar CX modules.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation models and Oracle CX architecture.
- Experience with Oracle Redwood UI and AI-assisted CX features.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and dispute management processes.
