The Senior Compensation Specialist will play a critical role in delivering centralized, best‑in‑class compensation operations across Honeywell’s global enterprise, with a primary focus on the APAC region. This role serves as the hands‑on compensation operations expert within the HRS Compensation Operations (Comp Ops) function, providing data‑driven support across all businesses, functions, and geographies.
Partnering closely with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) and Human Resources, this role ensures the effective execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Honeywell’s compensation programs, systems, and processes. The Senior Compensation Specialist will enable a compensation framework that is performance‑driven, market‑competitive, internally equitable, and compliant with local and global regulatory requirements.
This position requires a strong combination of compensation expertise, analytical capability, systems proficiency, and operational excellence, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Compensation Operations & Program Support
- Serve as the primary compensation operations specialist supporting global businesses and locations, with a strong emphasis on APAC regional requirements.
- Execute and support core compensation processes, including annual compensation planning cycles, salary reviews, job architecture alignment, incentive eligibility, and compensation transactions.
- Act as a trusted operational partner to the Total Rewards CoE and HR, ensuring consistent and accurate application of compensation policies, guidelines, and governance.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Own and deliver compensation analytics, reporting, and insights, including workforce pay analysis and ad hoc requests.
- Ensure high data quality, integrity, and compliance across compensation datasets by proactively identifying issues, trends, and risks.
- Develop clear, meaningful reporting that supports leadership decision‑making and reinforces pay‑for‑performance principles.
Market Data & Benchmarking
- Support market pricing and survey participation, including job matching, data validation, analysis of survey results, and market range updates.
- Partner with the CoE and HR to interpret market data and assess competitiveness, trends, and regional dynamics—particularly within APAC labor markets.
- Maintain documentation, audit trails, and governance standards related to market data usage.
Systems, Processes & Governance
- Provide operational support across HR and compensation systems, ensuring accurate configuration, data flows, and downstream impacts.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and improve compensation processes, leveraging automation, controls, and best practices.
- Support global compensation projects and transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, regulatory changes, and process redesign.
