Join a team of development program professionals to support dev projects within one of Honeywell's businesses. You will help implement project plans, budgets, schedules and execute a programmatic projects MOS, support forecasting & capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. You will play an important role in the IPDS process and strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements, actions, and status as assigned. You will also be working under moderate supervision of the program manager to execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value & quality while demonstrating PM skills including risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Cost Act Managers
• Implement project plans
• Understand project budget/schedule
• Adhere to the IPDS process
• Execute the Project Management OS
• Collaborate with Functions
• Coordinate & provide guidance
• Support project forecasting
• Support capacity analysis
• Assure timely project management
• Present programmatic details

You must have

• 3+ years' experience as Project Manager
• Availability to work on a hybrid work model (3+ days at office) and attend site on Buenos Aires, Argentina
• Ability to manage different projects simultaneously (+10) and work with cross functional teams
• Skills to communicate in English and reporting to Global teams
• Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
• Availability to travel when required (20%)

• PMI certificate
• PM Principles & Processes with emphasis on IPDS phase II-V
• Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
• Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis
• SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
• Demonstrate knowledge of Earned Value Management
• Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
• May perform the role of programs risk process manager
