Position Summary
As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will support the delivery of compensation and benefits activities within the Region, working closely with Compensation and Benefits Managers. The role contributes to the execution of core reward processes, ensures data accuracy and appropriate governance, and provides analytical and operational support across compensation and benefits topics.
This role combines compensation and benefits responsibilities and is suited for an experienced specialist who is comfortable working with global processes, HR data and multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Evaluation & Job Catalogue
Carry out job evaluations for grades 7–10 in collaboration with Compensation Managers.
Ensure appropriate governance and equity of job evaluation outcomes across businesses and countries.
Support country-specific job evaluation steps where required.
Participate in the annual job catalogue refresh process and support alignment with regional roles.
Support data verification activities related to job profile alignment.
Performance & Reward Processes
Support Annual Pay Review activities, including preparation of budget inputs in line with global principles and supporting data.
Coordinate performance configuration activities for countries within scope.
Support the APR process, including merit plan assignment and in-flight transaction support.
Respond to manager queries related to salary decisions and reward data.
Support bonus processes, including validation of bonus plans and bonus calculations in Workday.
Respond to reward-related queries escalated via Tier 1 Service teams.
Support global reward communications and education activities, including preparation of country-specific materials where required.
Equity Reviews
Conduct equity review analysis using standard tools and processes in collaboration with Compensation Managers.
Support records retention for equity review documentation.
Salary Management
Support leaders with salary decision guidance via Workday and ServiceNow, in line with global policies and tools.
Monitor competitiveness within aligned countries.
Support records retention processes for compensation-related documentation.
Market Data & Benefits Benchmarking
Carry out job mapping and matching activities for benchmarking in line with guidance from the Global Benchmarking Team.
Support salary survey submissions, including data collection and clarification.
Support investigation of data issues, matching errors and data gaps.
Analyse benefits benchmarking and take-up data to support discussions on competitiveness and attractiveness.
Prepare benchmarking-related presentations where required.
Total Employment Cost (TEC)
Support annual Total Employment Cost analysis for compensation and benefits elements.
Resolve inconsistencies and queries in collaboration with Payroll, Finance and Tier 1 teams.
Consolidate benefits-related inputs for countries within scope and submit them for validation in line with regional processes.
Benefits Vendor Management
Support Benefits Managers in interactions with benefits vendors, including data analysis, reporting and preparation of materials.
Support management of benefits platforms, including report extraction, data validation and follow-up on employee queries.
Participate in vendor performance meetings and support preparation of materials and meeting minutes.
Governance, Risk & Project Support
Support governance of compensation and benefits processes in line with Reward Governance Frameworks.
Support completion of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities.
Support Compensation and Benefits Managers with C&B-related projects such as business changes, M&A activities or benefit plan changes.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, reward or a related HR role.
Degree in business, HR, economics, finance or a related field.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with HR systems (Workday, SAP or similar).
Experience working with HR data, validation and reporting.
Fluent English (written and spoken); Polish required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a multinational organisation or HR consulting environment.
Experience supporting annual salary review, bonus or equity processes.
Familiarity with job evaluation and benchmarking methodologies.
Experience supporting benefits vendors or benefit platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to prepare clear analytical materials.
Work Model:
This role follows a hybrid working model, with 2–3 days per week in the office located in Poland.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 131,250 to PLN 218,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
