The Unemployment Compensation (UC) Product Manager is an essential, strategic member of the Product team focused on deeply understanding Employment-centric markets including UC employment service solutions to drive the growth of their related portfolios. This role will collaborate within our Product team and across the organization to articulate a clear understanding of our offerings, provide important customer and market context to inform decision-making, and deliver new solutions throughout the product life cycle, alongside I9/UC Product leadership.

  • Understand the regulatory environment our solutions exist within and work with our legal and compliance teams to enable solution strategy

  • Provide expertise to customers helping consult on technology solutions and project the value of Equifax data assets with customers

  • Provide support and/or subject matter expertise to the sales function during all phases of the sales cycle (lead generation, assessment of client’s needs, solutions design, proposal preparation, products/solutions presentations/training, and client support and relationship management throughout solution delivery/implementation)

  • Connect the customers' analytics and technical environments to potential Equifax solutions, identifying and demonstrating value based upon customer needs

  • Act as primary point of contact for tracking and reporting objectives, results, and metrics that drive performance of BU products

What experience you need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a SaaS/product - oriented software setting with hands-on involvement from both business and technical standpoint
