About This Role
As a Sr. Analyst II in Executive & Equity Compensation, you will play a pivotal role within the Executive Compensation Team, supporting a variety of compensation-related activities. Tasked with managing and executing day-to-day compensation actions, projects, and initiatives, you will contribute significantly to the team’s success. Reporting to the Executive Compensation Lead, your role involves navigating a dynamic and multifaceted team environment. Through your efforts, you will enhance the company’s compensation processes, delivering value and insights to the business. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact executive compensation strategy and execution, while collaborating with internal and external partners to drive effective solutions and recommendations.
What You’ll Do
Provide analytical and other support in all aspects of executive compensation.
Prepare materials for compensation committee meetings in collaboration with the head of Executive Compensation.
Support the process for preparing annual disclosure materials, including CD&A and proxy tables, ensuring SEC compliance.
Engage with internal and external partners for information compilation and analytical support.
Facilitate the annual cycle for senior executives, including market review and compensation recommendation preparations.
Participate in executive compensation projects, offering support in data analysis, project management, and communication.
Assist the Executive Compensation Lead with executive job offers, job leveling, reorganizations, and other compensation activities.
Analyze market data to develop pay recommendations for executives at Vice President level and above.
Collaborate with HR partners and Talent Acquisition for executive offers, promotions, and related actions.
Work effectively with compensation team members and broader HR organization on assigned projects.
Create and maintain LTI and ESPP dashboards within the equity compensation management platform while assisting with the administration of our equity programs.
Review equity-related transactions for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance monthly and quarterly.
Prepare quarterly dilution reports and provide equity usage analyses globally.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in compensation or a related field.
Strong analytical skills to provide sound inputs and recommendations.
Excel expertise for summarizing data and framing business cases.
Experience in developing Board and disclosure materials.
Ability to communicate complex executive compensation considerations clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Preferred Skills
Knowledgeable in equity compensation or other stock-based programs.
Additional Information
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
